  Helped me solve my problem on a Sunday night
  
  I operate a very small website and have limited resources and budget. After fall out with my previous website designer i was searching for a WordPress theme which i could update myself and keep my website up to date by adding products and content on my own.
  
  When i bought a theme from SKT Themes i did a mistake and had installed a conflicting plugin as well which led to my website being blank and totally white.
  
  I freaked out and sent several emails on a Sunday night just hoping if i could get a reply.
  
  I got an immediate response from Shri who not only helped me remove the white screen but also get me the theme working properly the next day.
  
  With further more little help over the course of the next month i had an amazing website like never before working real fast and i can do all the changes and stuff myself. Thanks to their great team that i now get more visitors and my sales also have increased.
